Frequently asked questions
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and most local plans. Call us to check yours.
Can I be seen today?
Usually yes. Walk-ins are seen until 3 PM Monday through Thursday. Call ahead and we'll tell you the wait.
How do I get a refill?
Ask your pharmacy to send us a request, use the form above, or tell our after-hours assistant. Refills are handled within 1 business day.
Do you see children?
Yes. We see patients of all ages, from newborns to great-grandparents.
What if I can't pay?
We offer a sliding-fee scale based on income. Ask our front desk. Nobody is turned away.
